Ben formed The Huber Group in 2002 with over 36 years of experience in the building maintenance industry. He has extensive experience in the operational facet of the industry commencing in 1974 as a supervisor at St. Francis Hospital. Subsequent promotions led to high level managerial and sales positions that elevated Ben to the appointment as Regional Vice President for two national contractors. During much of this time, Ben had the dual responsibilities of operations and business development. He guided a national firm from a $3 million per year business to a $20 million per year local operation. He has vast experience in transitions relating to acquisitions and major account start-ups. Previously he was the President of the Managers, Owners and Contractors Association (MOCA), and on the Board of Directors of the Building Owner's Management Association (BOMA). Ben is an active member of his community and various charitable programs.
